'The caste system at fashion shows may be cruel, but at least you know where you are. In the case of Pixie Lott, 21, a pop star with a rather good voice, it's the second row, which is not where any celebrity ever wants to find themselves, especially when they've been backcombing since the crack of dawn in preparation for the paparazzi.
